AWK Clayworks ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Items ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are based on the items purchased.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

AWK Clayworks will accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging.

If an item should arrive damaged, please contact AWK Clayworks immediately and send a photo within 7 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented and AWK Clayworks is contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. Please contact AWK Clayworks for more information on exchanges.

Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package.  AWK Clayworks is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

AWK Clayworks pottery is food, dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted. As with any ceramic item handwashing is encouraged.
